Hall Booking Times:
Monday – Sunday: Sessions times are 9:00am-12:30pm / 1:30-5:00pm / 6:00-10:00pm. On a Friday and Saturday evening this can be extended to 11pm for an extra charge.
The hall comprises three spacious areas that can be opened up and used as one open space, or separated by large wooden doors. Upon entry to the hall, visitors walk into the main reception area; an airy and bright space with access to meeting rooms left and right, as well as the restrooms and kitchen facility directly ahead. This is an excellent space for drinks receptions, as well as a wonderful area for guests to gather during celebrations, or as an exhibition or reception hall.
Within the Reception Area, the restrooms and kitchen facility are accessed, encompassing all the facilities you would expect of such a modern venue. The kitchen is very well equipped and is available to those hiring the facility.
To the right of the Reception Area, a conference room is available, known as the ‘Small Hall’ or ‘Brook Room’ for booking purposes. This room is an excellent space for meetings of between 2 and 40 people. It may also be used for small group gathering or even as an area to set up a buffet or bar. (Room size 11 metres x 4 metres).
To the left of the Reception Area is the largest room available within Madley Park Hall; the ‘Northfield Room’. This room is exceptionally large, with high ceilings and a multitude of windows allowing natural light to spill through. This pillar-less room is excellent for large meetings, offering full blackout facilities and a range of audio visual equipment. The room is also a great space for parties, as well as an area suitable for dance troups and exercise classes. Convenient facilities such as access to the kitchen via a hatch, furniture such as tables and chairs, and air conditioning are all available in the Northfield Room. Room size (15 metres x 9 metres).
